Account Deletion
1. How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your DBMaster account, send us an email from the same email address registered in the application to:
You can also write manually to: chcideas.support@gmail.com
2. Information you must include
To identify your account, include in the email:
- Email address registered in DBMaster.
- Name associated with the account, if you remember it.
- A phrase clearly stating that you want to delete your account.
Example:
3. What data will be deleted
When processing the request, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your account, including:
- Account name and email address.
- Tokens or active sessions associated with the account.
- Internal usage information linked to the account, when applicable.
- Records associated with connection or saved query limits in our services.
4. Data that may be temporarily retained
Some data may be retained for a limited period when necessary for legal, administrative, security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or purchase audit reasons.
This may include information related to purchases, subscriptions, or transactions processed through Google Play Billing, to the extent necessary to verify operations, handle claims, or comply with applicable obligations.
5. Connections saved on your device
DBMaster stores database connections locally on your device. These connections may include host, port, user, password, SSL configuration, SSH data, or private key paths.
Account deletion in our services does not necessarily automatically delete local data stored on your phone, tablet, or computer.
To delete local connections, you can:
- Manually delete the connections inside DBMaster.
- Clear the application local data from your operating system settings.
- Uninstall the application, depending on your device behavior.
6. Active subscriptions
If you have an active subscription purchased through Google Play, deleting your DBMaster account does not always automatically cancel the subscription in Google Play.
To avoid future renewals, review and cancel the subscription from your Google Play account.
7. Response timeframe
We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying that the requesting email corresponds to the registered account. In some cases we may ask for additional information to confirm the account holder identity.
8. Later recovery
Once the account is deleted or anonymized, we may not be able to recover data associated with it. If you want to use DBMaster again after deletion, you may need to create a new account.
